The "Recognizing and Regulating Digital Habits" Group Counseling Program, led by Specialist Psychological Counselor Dilara Maraba, was successfully completed on May 6, 2026.

The program was designed to help participants recognize their digital usage habits, manage their technology use more consciously, and establish a sustainable balance between their digital and everyday lives. Conducted over eight sessions, the program provided participants with both theoretical knowledge and practical experience.

Throughout the program, participants explored topics such as evaluating their smartphone and social media use, managing screen time effectively, developing digital awareness, and building healthier digital habits through interactive group activities and discussions.

During the sessions, participants reflected on how screen use that begins with the thought of "just a few minutes" can gradually affect time management and daily life. Through group discussions and shared experiences, they reassessed their digital habits, developed more mindful technology-use strategies, and strengthened their ability to maintain a healthier and more sustainable balance between digital engagement and everyday responsibilities.

We congratulate all the students who participated in the study.
