“Healthy Life” Workshop Held
The “Healthy Life” workshop, organized by the Guidance and Psychological Counseling Practice and Research Center (REDAM) at Ibn Haldun University, was held with the participation of our students and university members.
Conducted by Candidate Psychological Counselor Bilal Çinkılıç, the workshop focused on re-establishing daily routines after Ramadan, as well as balancing daily life habits during a period of increasing academic workload and approaching exams.

Within the scope of the event, key topics such as restructuring sleep patterns, developing healthy and balanced nutrition habits, maintaining proper posture and body awareness, and effectively managing screen time were addressed interactively. Participants had the opportunity to gain practical insights and sustainable lifestyle strategies that support both their physical and mental well-being.

Supervised by Psychological Counselor Zeynep Esra Yılmaz, the workshop was completed with strong interest and active participation. At the end of the session, participants expressed that they gained awareness about maintaining healthy lifestyle habits and left with concrete recommendations they could apply in their daily lives.

This event, organized by REDAM, made a valuable contribution to supporting the physical and psychological well-being of our students and university members.
